For 2024, one of my goals is to figure out the optimal organizational structure that could work for a centralized non-profit foundation dedicated to building a decentralized network. I envision it evolving into a hybrid structure as we grow.

There are two things that are of priority for Velera at this time. Finding a great legal counsel and acquiring some pre-seed funding, so I started attending relevant events.

Velera will be a self governing eco system. As they say, for the people, built by the people.

This is the reason that I choose a title of ‘Custodian’. A custodian is someone who takes care of or maintains and protects something. I don’t own it.

Creation is a process. And, when you are creating something for everyone, it needs creative inputs from a collective force. This is the heart of Velera. We believe everyone is a creator.
